You are starting to fill out the electronic form to replace a student (scholarship holder or volunteer) or cancel a student's Work Plan related to PROPPI Notice No. 06/2024 - Research Axis: Institutional Scientific Initiation Programs (PIBIC, PIBIC-Af, PIBIC Jr, PIBIC EM, PIVIC OR PIVIC Jr).
You must choose the desired action when filling out this form:
- replacement of student (scholarship holder or volunteer);
- cancellation of the student's work plan (scholarship holder or volunteer).
The replacement may be carried out until 10/31/2025.
Cancellation may be requested at any time during the Program's validity period .
For replacement, the new student's documents listed below must be saved in "pdf" format and attached to the corresponding fields.
I. Identity and CPF;
II. Proof of enrollment or updated academic transcript;
III. Updated CV extracted from the CNPq Lattes Platform;
IV. Grant Term (Annex V);
V. Exclusive for scholarship holders - Proof of bank details (branch and current account number) to receive the scholarship, savings accounts or joint accounts of which the student is not the holder are not permitted , and the account must be with Banco do Brasil (BB) for scholarships sponsored by CNPq;
The following document must also be attached:
- Work Plan (Annex III) with updated schedule, illustrating the steps to be completed by the new student (Item 11.4.2, Notice No. 06/2024);

In the case of a scholarship holder , the replacement requested by the 15th will be recorded on the current month's payroll, and the new scholarship holder will receive the payment the following month. The request made after this deadline will be recorded on the payroll of the following month.
Specifically for scholarships sponsored by CNPq, if there is an intention to include the scholarship holder in the payroll for the month of the request, we ask that the form be completed by the 10th, given the need for sufficient time to indicate the student on the Carlos Chagas Platform and for the student to accept the Grant Term.
We emphasize that in order to carry out the requested action, cancellation or replacement , the student (scholarship holder or volunteer) who worked on the project, for a period equal to or greater than 90 (ninety) days, must prepare the Technical-Scientific Report ( Items 8 / XIV and 10 / VIII, Notice No. 06/2024) and submit it using the appropriate form, available at: https://portal.ifrj.edu.br/editais/produtivo .
Once you have completed this form, a receipt will be generated, and you must click on the message “print your answers” and then on “export to PDF” in order to generate the confirmation file.
